1. About RENO
RENO is provided by Urban Division SRL, Șos. Pantelimon 12, Bucharest, Romania. Contact: contact@urban-division.com. It helps you collect product information, organize projects and rooms, collaborate and plan shopping. These terms concern RENO, not purchases made from merchants.
2. Development status and accounts
RENO is currently in development. Features and availability may change while it is being tested. Google sign-in is required in the current version. An Apple sign-in option may be visible but is not active. You must be legally able to use the service and agree to applicable terms, or have any permission and supervision required by law.
Keep access to your sign-in account secure. Do not share authentication codes or use someone else’s identity. Notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
3. Your content and permitted use
You retain the rights you have in the content you provide. You allow us to store, process and display that content only as needed to operate the service, follow your instructions and meet applicable legal obligations. You must have the right to save and share what you add.
Do not use RENO unlawfully, upload malicious material, try to access another person’s private data, evade access controls or disrupt the service. Merchant content, images and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights.
4. Working together
Project owners control invitations. People who accept access can work on the shared project according to their permissions. Owners remain responsible for deciding whom to invite. Avoid including information you do not want those people to see. Changes by a collaborator may affect the common project.
5. Product information and merchant purchases
Product details may be incomplete, outdated or unavailable. A price, image, currency or description retrieved from a link should be checked before you rely on it. You can review or manually complete supported fields. Different variants, locations, shipping costs, promotions or merchant account conditions can affect the actual offer.
RENO is not the seller, does not check out products or place orders on your behalf, and does not process merchant payments. Any purchase, delivery, warranty, return or refund is governed by your agreement with the merchant and applicable law.
6. Quantities, shopping and budget estimates
Shopping selections and quantities marked as purchased are planning records you maintain. The Billing screen is a planning view, not a merchant invoice, binding quote or payment record. Verify quantities and actual spending yourself.
Currency conversions are saved estimates, rather than live bank exchange rates. Fees, settlement rates and later price changes can differ. Missing prices or conversions can leave parts of a total incomplete.
7. Privacy, access and deletion
Read the Privacy Policy for the current handling of personal data. See account deletion for the status of account/data requests. Signing out or removing the app does not erase your cloud account or shared content.
8. Availability and charges
Internet access is required for the catalog. We aim to maintain a useful service, but continuous availability, merchant compatibility or recovery of every item cannot be guaranteed. Keep your own records of information important to a purchase or project.
The current version does not offer paid subscriptions or in-app payments. Any future paid offer must disclose its price and conditions before you choose it; these draft terms do not authorize a charge.
9. Legal protections and platform terms
Nothing here excludes rights, guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Romanian law applies to these terms subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available to you under applicable law. We do not require arbitration or a waiver of those rights.
The app store and sign-in providers have their own relevant conditions. These website terms are not represented as a custom Apple EULA and do not replace any applicable standard platform licence.
10. Updates and contact
When reviewed terms become effective, we will publish their effective date and provide any notice or agreement process required for material changes. These pre-release drafts do not claim that existing testers have already accepted final terms. For questions, use RENO support.
